Which trainings does the Money-Back Guarantee apply to?
- The guarantee applies to our two-day trainings: Scrum Master Certified and Scrum Product Owner Certified.
- The guarantee does not apply to our e-learning and shorter trainings.
What conditions do you need to meet?
- The training has been fully paid for in advance.
- You have indicated to the trainer before the start of lunch on the first day that you are not satisfied and do not want to continue.
- You return the study materials undamaged.
How do you submit the request?
- You send an email to iPeople the same day at info@ipeople.nl stating that you are not satisfied and do not want to continue the training.
- iPeople will contact you within a maximum of 5 working days to discuss this and look for an alternative.
- If no alternative is found, you will receive the full amount refunded within 30 days.
