Depending on your preferences and practical situation, we offer this workshop in two formats:

Physical Workshop

For those who want the full experience and prefer to learn face-to-face with other Scrum Masters:

  • One intensive day (09:30 to 17:00) at our location in Amsterdam, Haarlem or Antwerp
  • Maximum 8 participants for guaranteed interaction
  • Direct hands-on experience with AI tools on your own laptop
  • Networking opportunities during lunch and breaks
  • Physical exercises with real teamwork and AI support

Online Workshop

If you prefer flexibility or are geographically limited, but still want the full interactive experience:

  • Two consecutive half days (both from 09:00 to 13:00) via our advanced Virtual Classroom
  • Miro collaboration boards for all practical exercises
  • Breakout rooms for team scenarios
  • Digital outputs you can reuse immediately
  • Because our groups are never larger than a real Scrum team, interactivity is guaranteed

AI tools are digital by nature, making our online version potentially even more effective than physical. You can participate directly in tool demonstrations, all outputs are digitally reusable, and the Miro boards remain available for implementation in your own teams.

  • ChatGPT & Claude: Sprint planning, story splitting, retrospective facilitation
  • Otter.ai: Meeting transcriptions, standup analysis, impediment tracking
  • Miro + AI: Interactive retrospectives, real-time collaboration insights
  • Perplexity: Research for vision development and market analysis

Instead of abstract theory, you follow a complete Scrum team through Sprint 7 of a fitness startup. You experience how AI helps with:

  • Sprint Planning: From chaotic backlog to AI-supported prioritization
  • Daily Standups: Recognizing impediments through AI analysis of team patterns
  • Sprint Review: Demos that convince stakeholders with data-driven insights
  • Retrospectives: Discovering real patterns instead of treating symptoms

This case study is universally applicable – the principles work for any type of team.
