TL;DR: iPeople offers three flexible training formats: (1) Hybrid - online theory + in-person practice day, (2) Online Virtual Classroom - full two-day training live online, (3) E-learning with separate workshop. All options lead to official Scrum certification.
Three training formats:
- Hybrid: Theory online + 1 day physical practice
- Online Virtual Classroom: 2 days live with trainer
- E-learning: Self-study + separate practice workshop
Depending on your knowledge and practical Agile Scrum experience, we have developed three possibilities, each with official certification.
Option 1: Hybrid Training
Virtual Classroom followed by Physical Workshop.
With our hybrid training, you can study all theory from home or office at your own pace. We cover the theory online with all participants via Zoom or Teams. After each piece of theory, there are questions from participants and a small exercise. Then you get a few more weeks to practice at home with a Scrum case.
On the physical practice day, once all Scrum basics are clear, we immediately work on your Scrum practice. What we do depends on your experience level and learning needs: we seamlessly connect to what you need.
Hybrid advantages:
- Process theory at your own pace
- Less travel time and costs
- Still physical interaction and exercises
- More time between sessions to digest
Option 2: Online Virtual Classroom
Two-day training, fully online.
Can't attend the physical workshop? No problem. We also offer an Online Virtual Classroom for those who want to follow the training completely remotely.
Same depth as classroom training, but with digital exercises and break-out rooms. You have intensive contact with the trainer and fellow participants, just like in a physical training.
Online advantages:
- No travel required
- From your own workplace
- Same interaction and certification
- Suitable for international teams
Option 3: E-learning + Separate Workshop
Self-study with optional practice day.
Do you have experience in the field? Or are you already following training within your organization but mainly missing the theory? Looking to refresh your Scrum knowledge? Then you can follow our e-learning and join one of our practice workshops later.
E-learning advantages:
- Completely flexible pacing
- Lower investment to start
- Join physical day later
- Ideal for upskilling
Which option suits you?
The choice depends on your situation:
- New to Scrum: Hybrid or classroom - physical interaction helps
- Remote worker: Online Virtual Classroom - full training from home
- Experienced professional: E-learning + workshop - flexible and efficient
