For over 15 years I have been helping professionals and organizations work more effectively with Agile and Scrum. My trainings are practice-oriented, interactive and immediately applicable in your daily work.
Experience
After being trained as an aerospace engineer and business administrator, I worked in various companies in project & program management roles at the intersection of marketing communication and IT.
From an internet research agency, via internet marketing agency LostBoys to an international role within Akzo Nobel. Frequently in the role of Product Owner and later, on an interim basis, also in the role of Scrum Master. Over the years, this gave me a wealth of practical Agile Scrum experience.
Due to my broad interests, I was also active as a flight instructor for years and completed a Yoga teacher training in India.
In my independent entrepreneurship and training and coaching of professionals, my experience has now come together for many years.
Certifications
Besides CST, Certified Scrum Trainer I am also certified as SPOC, Scrum Product Owner Certified, SMC, Scrum Master Certified and AMC, Agile Master Certified.
My approach
Theory is important, but ultimately it's about what you achieve with it. That's why my trainings are:

- –Interactive – No PowerPoint marathon, but truly interactive learning together
- –Personal – Small groups of maximum 8 participants for sufficient individual attention
